We would like to give a great big THANK YOU to Local Bank for donating to Hulbert Public Schools' Child Nutrition Fund. The $6,352.28 donation will take care of the student lunch balances for this school year! Bryan Craig and Peyton Henson, Hulbert Branch Administrators, came by the Superintendent's Office to drop off a check that would cover the overdue balances after a parent, Eric Graalfs, reached out to area banks asking for assistance. Congratulations to Seniors, Milee Hubbard and Emiliano Diaz, on their accomplishments through the Oklahoma Blood Institute! Both students received certificates and honor cords for their multiple donations during the school's blood drives.

Hulbert Enrollment Information - 2024-2025 Enrollment is open for new and returning students. Please make sure you enroll your child(ren) at your earliest convenience.
Senior Awards Assembly will take place Tuesday, May 7th at 9:00 in the gym with the Middle School and High School awards assembly to follow at 10:00 am.
Summer School Forms are coming home today. The program will start May 13th and run through June 7th. It is available to kindergarten-8th grade students. Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day. There will be field trips each Friday. We will be going to Tulsa Zoo, bowling, the City Park and Muskogee Water Park.
The 6th and 7th grade students attended a college tour at Rogers State University yesterday to see what possibilities the future holds.

Information for the Regional Basketball tournament at Wilburton beginning this Thursday, February 22, 2024.
2024 Regional Tournament Information
• The 2A Region IV Tournament will be held in Wilburton from 2/22-2/24.The first session
will start at 1PM. Gates will open at 12:00 PM. The second session will start at 6 PM,
with gates opening at 5 PM.
• There will be NO FOOD OR DRINK brought into the Gymnasium. Meals for teams will
need to be approved by the site manager prior to bringing them in the gymnasium.
• The following items are not allowed that may be a distraction to the participants or fans.
This includes; bands of any size, noise makers, confetti, banners, emblems, fat heads,
placard signs, thundersticks, balloons, laser lights, megaphones, or any other items
causing possible distraction.
• School administration should not allow fans to sit behind the opposing teams bench area.
• The host school will post predetermined seating by the gate as you walk in.
• The OSSAA requires that we clear the gymnasium between sessions.
• Tickets are available for purchase on Gofan App prior to games for $8.35 for all ages.
• Tickets at the gate on the day of games will $10 for all ages.
• Official OSSAA Playoff passes will be accepted at the gate through the GoFan App.
Wednesday, February 21st, will be a Distance Learning Day. Classes will be in person, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Parent/teacher conferences will begin Monday, February 5, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm for middle and high school students. Tuesday, February 6, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm for elementary students, and Friday, February 9, from 8 am to 11 am for all schools. We hope to see you there!
The Hulbert Arts and Crafts Club presented the Read Squad and the Book Buddies with small gifts of appreciation for their volunteer efforts with assisting our elementary student with reading. These students volunteer for at least 22 hours over the course of the school year.
