You will then go to the STUDENT RECORDS PORTAL and click ENROLL STUDENT 2025-2026 to begin the enrollment process.

Returning students will have fewer required forms. Please upload any new documents using the forms marked optional.

There is one new Telehealth Consent Form. This is an optional form. Please review the documents to see if you would like your child to have access to the services available.
